SECTION 948.062. Reviewing and reporting serious offenses committed by offenders placed on probation or community control.

1The department shall review the circumstances related to an offender placed on probation or community control who has been arrested while on supervision for the following offenses:
36(2) 37Any sexual battery as provided in s. 44794.01145or s. 47794.023;
48(3) 49Any sexual performance by a child as provided in s. 59827.071;
60(4) 61Any kidnapping, false imprisonment, or luring of a child as provided in s. 74787.01, 75s. 76787.02, 77or s. 79787.025;
80(5) 81Any lewd and lascivious battery or lewd and lascivious molestation as provided in s. 95800.04(4)96or (5);
98(6) 99Any aggravated child abuse as provided in s. 107827.03(2)(a);
108(7) 109Any robbery with a firearm or other deadly weapon, home invasion robbery, or carjacking as provided in s. 127812.13(2)(a), 128s. 129812.135, 130or s. 132812.133;
133(8) 134Any aggravated stalking as provided in s. 141784.048(3), 142(4), or (5);
145(9) 146Any forcible felony as provided in s. 153776.08, 154committed by a person on probation or community control who is designated as a sexual predator; or
171(10) 172Any DUI manslaughter as provided in s. 179316.193(3)(c), 180or vehicular or vessel homicide as provided in s. 189782.071190or s. 192782.072, 193committed by a person who is on probation or community control for an offense involving death or injury resulting from a driving incident.
