  SECTION 104.047. Vote-by-mail ballots and voting; violations.

  • 1(1) 2Except as provided in s. 7101.62 8or s. 10101.655, 11any person who requests a vote-by-mail ballot on behalf of an elector is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 37775.082, 38s. 39775.083, 40or s. 42775.08443.
    44(2) 45Any person who marks or designates a choice on the ballot of another person, except as provided in s. 64101.051, 65s. 66101.655, 67or s. 69101.661, 70is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 84775.082, 85s. 86775.083, 87or s. 89775.08490.
