1Any person who:
4(1) 5Corruptly offers to vote for or against, or to refrain from voting for or against, any candidate in any election in return for pecuniary or other benefit; or
33(2) 34Accepts a pecuniary or other benefit in exchange for a promise to vote for or against, or to refrain from voting for or against, any candidate in any election,
63is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 77775.082, 78s. 79775.083, 80or s. 82775.08483.
