SECTION 831.14. Uttering uncurrent bills.

1Whoever utters, or passes or tenders in payment as true, any such worthless and uncurrent bank bill or note, or any paper not a bank bill or note but made in the similitude of a bank bill or note, or any paper purporting to be the bill or note of any bank which has never existed, knowing the same to be worthless and uncurrent, as aforesaid, with intent to injure and defraud, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 88775.082, 89s. 90775.083, 91or s. 93775.08494.
