SECTION 831.13. Having in possession uncurrent bills.

1Whoever has in his or her possession at the same time five or more uncurrent bank bills or notes, knowing the same to be worthless, or has papers, not bank bills or notes but made in the similitude of bank bills or notes of any bank which has never existed, knowing the character of such papers, with intent to pass, utter or circulate the same, or to procure any other person to do so, for the purpose of injuring or defrauding, shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 97775.082, 98s. 99775.083, 100or s. 102775.084103.
