SECTION 817.47. Insurance advertising exempt.

1Nothing in ss. 4817.40, 5817.41, 6817.437-8817.45, 9and 10817.47 11shall be deemed to apply to advertising in connection with sales of insurance which are regulated under the insurance laws of this state.
