- 1Any person convicted of violating any of the provisions of s. 12817.41, 13s. 14817.411, 15or s. 17817.44 18is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 32775.082 33or s. 35775.08336. Upon a second or subsequent conviction for violation of s. 47817.41, 48s. 49817.411, 50or s. 52817.44, 53such person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 69775.082 70or by a fine not exceeding $10,000, or by both.
