SECTION 782.08. Assisting self-murder.

1Every person deliberately assisting another in the commission of self-murder shall be guilty of manslaughter, a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 27775.082, 28s. 29775.083, 30or s. 32775.08433.
