SECTION 627.94076. Time limit on certain defenses.

1Notwithstanding the provisions of s. 6627.607, 7each long-term care insurance policy shall provide that the policy shall be incontestable after it has been in force during the lifetime of the insured for a period of 2 years after its date of issue except for nonpayment of premiums.
