1The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 9120.536(1) 10and 11120.54 12to implement applicable provisions of a qualified state Long-Term Care Insurance Partnership Program in Florida in accordance with the requirements of s. 1917(b) of the Social Security Act, as amended, any applicable federal guidelines, and any rules necessary to ensure program compliance by insurers as provided in s. 60409.910261.
