1(1) 2The commission may adopt rules pursuant to ss. 10120.536(1) 11and 12120.54 13to administer this part.
17(2) 18The commission may adopt by rule the provisions of the Long-Term Care Insurance Model Regulation adopted by the National Association of Insurance Commissioners in the second quarter of the year 2000 which are not in conflict with the Florida Insurance Code.
