SECTION 466.039. Violations.

1It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to operate as a dental laboratory as defined in this chapter, except those registered as provided in s. 29466.03230. Violation shall constitute a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 45775.082 46or s. 48775.08349.
