1The department, upon consultation with the Board of Dentistry and industry representatives of the dental laboratory profession, has authority to adopt rules pursuant to ss. 26120.536(1) 27and 28120.54 29to enforce the provisions of this chapter pertaining to and regulating dental laboratories.
