SECTION 403.758. Enforcement and penalty.

1(1) 2Except as provided in subsection (2), the department may enforce ss. 13403.7514-15403.769 16and s. 18526.01, 19as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, pursuant to ss. 30403.121, 31403.131, 32and 33403.16134.
35(2) 36Any person who fails to register with the department as required by ss. 49403.754 50and 51526.01, 52as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, is subject to a fine of $300.
