SECTION 403.759. Disposition of fees, fines, and penalties.

1The proceeds from the registration fees, fines, and penalties imposed by ss. 13403.7514-15403.769 16and s. 18526.01, 19as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, shall be deposited into the Solid Waste Management Trust Fund for use by the department in implementing the provisions of ss. 48403.7549-50403.769 51and s. 53526.01, 54as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida.
