SECTION 403.757. Coordination with other state agencies.

1(1) 2The department shall coordinate its activities and functions under ss. 12403.7513-14403.769 15and s. 17526.01, 18as amended by chapter 84-338, Laws of Florida, with the Department of Economic Opportunity and other state agencies to avoid duplication in reporting and information gathering.
44(2) 45The nonprofit corporation established pursuant to s. 52946.502 53shall examine the feasibility of using used oil to fuel boilers and furnaces of state government buildings.
70(3) 71The Department of Transportation shall examine the feasibility of using recycled oil products in road construction activities.
