SECTION 914.14. Witnesses accepting bribes.

1(1) 2It is unlawful for any person who is a witness in a proceeding instituted by a duly constituted prosecuting authority of this state to solicit, request, accept, or agree to accept any money or anything of value as an inducement to:43(a) 44Testify or inform falsely; or
49(b) 50Withhold any testimony, information, document, or thing.
57(2) 58Any person violating any provision of this section shall be guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 81775.082, 82s. 83775.083, 84or s. 86775.08487.
