SECTION 870.048. Violations.

Latest version.

1Any violation of a provision of ss. 8870.0419-10870.047 11or of any emergency measure established pursuant thereto shall be a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 32775.082 33or s. 35775.08336.
