1(1) 2A person who intentionally causes physical disruption to the property, personnel, or operations of an animal enterprise by intentionally stealing, damaging, or causing the loss of, any property, including animals or records, used by the animal enterprise, and thereby causes economic damage, commits a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 56775.082, 57s. 58775.083, 59or s. 61775.08462.
63(2) 64A person who in the course of a violation of subsection (1) causes serious bodily injury to another commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 94775.082, 95s. 96775.083, 97or s. 99775.084100.
101(3) 102A person who violates subsection (1), if such violation results in economic damage exceeding $10,000, commits a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 130775.082, 131s. 132775.083, 133or s. 135775.084136.
137(4) 138The offender must pay restitution under s. 145775.089146. Restitution includes, but is not limited to:
154(a) 155The reasonable cost of repeating any experimentation that was interrupted or invalidated as a result of the offense.
173(b) 174The loss of food production or farm income reasonably attributable to the offense.
