SECTION 823.12. Smoking in elevators unlawful; penalty.

1It is unlawful for any person to possess any ignited tobacco product or other ignited substance while present in an elevator. Any person who violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 42775.082 43or s. 45775.08346.
