SECTION 817.414. Sale of counterfeit security signs and decals.

1A person who willfully and knowingly sells or attempts to sell a counterfeit sign or decal in this state with the name or logo of a security company without the express written consent of the company commits:
38(1) 39For the first offense, a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 54775.082 55or s. 57775.08358.
59(2) 60For a second or subsequent offense, a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 77775.082 78or s. 80775.08381.
