SECTION 679.327. Priority of security interests in deposit account.

1The following rules govern priority among conflicting security interests in the same deposit account:
15(1) 16A security interest held by a secured party having control of the deposit account under s. 32679.1041 33has priority over a conflicting security interest held by a secured party that does not have control.
50(2) 51Except as otherwise provided in subsections (3) and (4), security interests perfected by control under s. 67679.3141 68rank according to priority in time of obtaining control.
77(3) 78Except as otherwise provided in subsection (4), a security interest held by the bank with which the deposit account is maintained has priority over a conflicting security interest held by another secured party.
111(4) 112A security interest perfected by control under s. 120679.1041(1)(c) 121has priority over a security interest held by the bank with which the deposit account is maintained.
