1As used in ss. 5655.936-7655.94, 8the term:
10(1) 11“Lessee” means a person who contracts with a lessor for the use of a safe-deposit box.
27(2) 28“Lessor” means a financial institution that rents safe-deposit facilities.
37(3) 38“Safe-deposit box” means a safe-deposit box, vault, or other safe-deposit receptacle maintained by a lessor, and the rules relating thereto apply to property or documents kept in safekeeping in the financial institution’s vault.
