SECTION 648.33. Bail bond rates.

1(1) 2Bail bond rates are subject to the provisions of part I of chapter 627 of the insurance code.
20(2) 21It is unlawful for a bail bond agent to execute a bail bond without charging a premium therefor, and the premium rate may not exceed or be less than the premium rate as filed with and approved by the office.
61(3) 62Any person who violates this section commits a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 80775.082 81or s. 83775.08384.
