SECTION 626.99285. Applicability of insurance code.

1In addition to other applicable provisions cited in the insurance code, the office or department, as appropriate, has the authority granted under ss. 24624.310, 25626.901, 26and 27626.989 28to regulate viatical settlement providers, viatical settlement brokers, viatical settlement contracts, and viatical settlement transactions.
