1For the purposes of the Florida Insurance Code, “self-insurance fund” means both commercial self-insurance funds organized under s. 19624.462 20and group self-insurance funds organized under s. 27624.462128. The term “self-insurance fund” does not include a governmental self-insurance pool created under s. 43768.28(16)44.
