SECTION 624.312. Reproductions and certified copies of records as evidence.

1(1) 2Photographs or microphotographs in the form of film or prints, or other reproductions from an electronic recordkeeping system, of documents and records made under s. 27624.311(3), 28or made under former s. 33624.311(3) 34before October 1, 1982, shall have the same force and effect as the originals thereof and shall be treated as originals for the purpose of their admissibility in evidence. Duly certified or authenticated reproductions of such photographs, microphotographs, or other reproductions from an electronic recordkeeping system shall be as admissible in evidence as the originals. 89(2) 90Upon the request of any person and payment of the applicable fee, the department, commission, or office shall give a certified copy of any record in its office which is then subject to public inspection.
125(3) 126Copies of original records or documents in its office certified by the department, commission, or office shall be received in evidence in all courts as if they were originals.
