  SECTION 513.10. Operating without permit; enforcement of chapter; penalties.

  • 1(1) 2Any person who maintains or operates a mobile home park, lodging park, recreational vehicle park, or recreational camp without first obtaining a permit as required by s. 29513.02, 30or who maintains or operates such a park or camp after revocation of the permit, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 59775.082 60or s. 62775.08363.
    64(2) 65This chapter or rules adopted under this chapter may be enforced in the manner provided in s. 82381.0012 83and as provided in this chapter. Violations of this chapter and the rules adopted under this chapter are subject to the penalties provided in this chapter and in s. 112381.0061113.
