SECTION 494.0073. Mortgage lender when acting as a mortgage broker.

1The provisions of this part do not prohibit a mortgage lender from acting as a mortgage broker. However, in mortgage transactions in which a mortgage lender acts as a mortgage broker, the provisions of ss. 36494.0038, 37494.0042, 38and 39494.0043(1), 40(2), and (3) apply.
