  SECTION 483.828. Penalties for violations.

  • 1(1) 2Each of the following acts constitutes a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 19775.082, 20s. 21775.083, 22or s. 24775.08425:
    26(a) 27Practicing as clinical laboratory personnel without an active license.
    36(b) 37Using or attempting to use a license to practice as clinical laboratory personnel which is suspended or revoked.
    55(c) 56Attempting to obtain or obtaining a license to practice as clinical laboratory personnel by knowing misrepresentation.
    72(2) 73Each of the following acts constitutes a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 90775.082 91or s. 93775.08394:
    95(a) 96Knowingly concealing information relating to violations of this part.
    105(b) 106Making any willfully false oath or affirmation whenever an oath or affirmation is required by this part.
    123(c) 124Leading the public to believe that one is licensed as clinical laboratory personnel, or is engaged in licensed practice as clinical laboratory personnel, without holding a valid, active license.
