SECTION 472.037. Application of ss. 472.001-472.037.

1(1) 2Nothing contained in ss. 6472.0017-8472.037 9shall be construed to repeal, amend, limit, or otherwise affect any local building code or zoning law or ordinance, now or hereafter enacted, which is more restrictive with respect to the services of registered surveyors and mappers than the provisions of ss. 51472.00152-53472.03754.
55(2) 56In counties or municipalities that issue building permits, such permits shall not be issued in any case where it is apparent from the application for such building permit that the provisions of ss. 89472.00190-91472.037 92have been violated. However, this shall not authorize the withholding of building permits in any cases within the exempt classes set forth in ss. 116472.001117-118472.037119.
