SECTION 468.802. Authority to adopt rules.

1The board shall adopt rules pursuant to ss. 9120.536(1) 10and 11120.54 12to implement the provisions of this part, including rules relating to standards of practice for orthotists, orthotic fitters, orthotic fitter assistants, pedorthists, prosthetists, and residents.
