SECTION 400.969. Violation of part; penalties.

1(1) 2In addition to the requirements of part II of chapter 408, and except as provided in s. 19400.967(3), 20a violation of any provision of this part, part II of chapter 408, or applicable rules is punishable by payment of an administrative or civil penalty not to exceed $5,000.
51(2) 52A violation of this part or of rules adopted under this part is a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in s. 76775.082 77or s. 79775.08380. Each day of a continuing violation is a separate offense.
