SECTION 377.607. Violations; penalties.

1Any person who willfully fails to submit information as required by ss. 13377.60114-15377.608, 16or submits false information, is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree, punishable as provided in ss. 34775.082 35and 36775.08337.
