SECTION 376.320. Applicability.

1The provisions of ss. 5376.3206-7376.326 8apply only to specified mineral acids when stored in aboveground tanks. The purpose of ss. 23376.32024-25376.326 26is to prevent the release of specified mineral acids from aboveground tanks and to register the aboveground tanks in which specified mineral acids are stored.
