1When any license has been revoked or suspended by the department pursuant to the provisions of ss. 18320.6019-20320.70, 21the department may for good cause reinstate the license of any former licensee under ss. 36320.6037-38320.70, 39if it determines that the former licensee is rehabilitated, meets the requirements of ss. 53320.6054-55320.70, 56files an application for license pursuant to s. 64320.63, 65and complies with ss. 69320.6070-71320.7072.
