SECTION 270.23. Disposition of proceeds of state lands.

1After payments have been made to the State School Trust Fund, as provided by the constitution and by law, any balance shall be and remain a part of the Internal Improvement Trust Fund to be applied by the board of trustees of that fund to the payment of the expenses and the administration of that fund, including the lands thereof, and to such other purposes as prescribed by law.
