CHAPTER 207. TAX ON OPERATION OF COMMERCIAL MOTOR VEHICLES |

- 1All moneys derived from the taxes and fees imposed by this chapter shall be paid into the State Treasury by the department for deposit in the Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund from which the following transfers shall be made: After withholding $50,000 from the proceeds therefrom, to be used as a revolving cash balance, and the amount of funds necessary for the administration and enforcement of this tax, all other moneys shall be transferred in the same manner and for the same purpose as provided in ss. 89206.41, 90206.45, 91206.60, 92206.605, 93206.606, 94206.608, 95206.9945, 96336.021, 97and 98336.02599.
