SECTION 206.9945. Funds collected; disposition; department authority.

1(1) 2The department shall deposit all funds received and collected by it under this part into the Fuel Tax Collection Trust Fund to be transferred, less the costs of administration and less the service charges to be deducted pursuant to s. 42215.20, 43as follows:
45(a) 46Moneys collected pursuant to s. 51206.9935(1)52and tax revenues collected pursuant to s. 59207.00360at the rates specified in s. 66206.9935(3)67shall be transferred to the Florida Coastal Protection Trust Fund as provided in s. 81376.11;
82(b) 83Moneys collected pursuant to s. 88206.9935(2)89shall be transferred to the Water Quality Assurance Trust Fund as provided in s. 103376.307; 104and
105(c) 106Moneys collected pursuant to s. 111206.9935(3), 112less any refunds granted under s. 118206.9942, 119shall be transferred to the Inland Protection Trust Fund as provided in s. 132376.3071133. This paragraph does not apply to moneys collected pursuant to s. 145207.003146and transferred pursuant to paragraph (a).
152(2) 153The department is authorized to employ all necessary assistants to administer this part properly and is also authorized to purchase all necessary supplies and equipment and incur such other expense as may be necessary for this purpose.
