  SECTION 1005.375. Violations; penalties.

  • 1(1) 2Each of the following acts constitutes a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 19775.082, 20s. 21775.083, 22or s. 24775.08425:
    26(a) 27Operating an independent postsecondary educational institution without a valid, active license issued pursuant to this chapter.
    43(b) 44Obtaining or attempting to obtain a license to operate an institution by fraudulent misrepresentation.
    58(c) 59Using or attempting to use a license that has been suspended or revoked.
    72(2) 73Each of the following acts constitutes a misdemeanor of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 90775.082 91or s. 93775.08394:
    95(a) 96Knowingly concealing information relating to violations of this chapter.
    105(b) 106Willfully making any false oath or affirmation when required to make an oath or affirmation pursuant to this chapter.
