SECTION 960.18. Penalty for fraud.

1Any person who procures compensation under this chapter by any fraud, or any person who counsels another person to procure compensation under this chapter by any fraud, is guilty of a felony of the third degree, punishable as provided in s. 42775.082, 43s. 44775.083, 45or s. 47775.08448. Any moneys so procured shall be recoverable by the division, including punitive damages and costs of such action plus interest.
