SECTION 951.10. Leasing prisoners to work for private interests prohibited.

1County prisoners may not be leased to work for any private interests. This section does not prohibit county inmates from working in nonprofit and private sector jobs pursuant to s. 31951.24(2) 32and consistent with federal law.
