SECTION 947.185. Application for intellectual disability services as condition of parole.

1The Florida Commission on Offender Review may require as a condition of parole that any inmate who has been diagnosed as having an intellectual disability as defined in s. 30393.063 31shall, upon release, apply for services from the Agency for Persons with Disabilities.
