SECTION 947.071. Rulemaking procedures; indexing of orders.

1(1) 2It is the intent of the Legislature that all rulemaking procedures by the commission be conducted pursuant to the Administrative Procedure Act, chapter 120.
26(2) 27The only final orders of the commission which shall be indexed pursuant to chapter 120 are:43(a) 44Orders granting parole.
47(b) 48Orders revoking parole.
51(c) 52Orders restoring to supervision.
56(d) 57Orders releasing from custody and further supervision.
64(e) 65Early parole termination orders.
69(f) 70Orders granting conditional release.
74(g) 75Orders revoking conditional release.
