SECTION 946.5025. Authorization of corporation to enter into contracts.

1The corporation established under this part may enter into contracts to operate correctional work programs with any county or municipal authority that operates a correctional facility or with a contractor authorized under chapter 944 or chapter 957 to operate a private correctional facility. The corporation has the same powers, privileges, and immunities in carrying out such contracts as it has under this chapter.
