SECTION 945.092. Limits on work-release and minimum security custody for persons who have committed the crime of escape.

1A person who has ever been convicted, regardless of adjudication, of the offense of escape, as prohibited by s. 20944.40 21or its successor, or as prohibited by a similar law of another state, is not eligible for any work-release program under s. 43945.091 44or for confinement in minimum security conditions.
