1The department shall publish on its website and make available to the public the following information, updated on a quarterly basis:
22(1) 23Inmate admissions by offense type. Burglary of dwelling offenses under s. 34810.02(2) 35and (3)(a) and (b) shall be reported as a separate category from all other property crimes.
51(2) 52The recidivism rate. As used in this subsection, the term “recidivism” means an inmate’s rearrest, reconviction, reincarceration, or probation revocation in the state within a 3-year time period following the inmate’s release from incarceration.
