1As used in s. 5944.613, 6the term:
8(1) 9“Florida releasee” means:
12(a) 13An inmate paroled before expiration of his or her sentence, who will be supervised at the location shown on his or her parole certificate.
37(b) 38An inmate whose sentence has expired or who is released by means of gain-time.
52(2) 53“Out-of-state releasee” means:
56(a) 57An inmate being released on interstate compact pursuant to s. 67949.0768.
69(b) 70An inmate whose sentence has expired and who intends to leave the state or is required to leave the state upon release.
