SECTION 944.48. Service of sentence.

1Whenever any prisoner is convicted under the provisions of ss. 11944.4412-13944.47, 14the punishment of imprisonment imposed shall be served consecutively to any former sentence imposed upon any prisoner convicted hereunder.
