SECTION 944.45. Mutiny, riot, strike; penalty.

- 1Whoever instigates, contrives, willfully attempts to cause, assists, or conspires to cause any mutiny, riot, or strike in defiance of official orders, in any state correctional institution, shall be guilty of a felony of the second degree, punishable as provided in s. 43775.082, 44s. 45775.083, 46or s. 48775.08449.
